MEET OUR FOUNDER
With 15 years of experience scaling technology businesses across four continents, Nia has led revenue operations and go-to-market strategies at Amazon, OneWeb, Hootsuite, and Attest. She has overseen teams of up to 120 people and managed pipelines exceeding US $2 billion.
As founder of EMERi, Nia now advises venture-backed startups on investment readiness and sustainable growth strategies. She is a certified board advisor, sits on two boards, and is a founding member of Forbes Women Australia. Previously, she mentored with AirTree Ventures and remains passionate about empowering under-represented founders whilst translating data-driven insights into decisive action.
